The original 1907 steam engine can take you on a journey back in time, and many movies use it to do just that. The movie train began its career in the film industry in 1964. “This Property Is Condemned” starring Natalie Wood, Robert Redford and many others was the Cannonball’s first debut.
Throughout the years many directors such as, Martin Scorsese, has used the train in their films. Since 1972, there has been over 20 additional TV and film projects that have incorporated the local steam engine into their projects.
